Student Registration

Purpose

Student registration creates the full student profile after admission is confirmed. Use it to store personal details, parent information, academic details, and batch assignment.

Steps

Step 1

Open the Admissions module and choose the option to register a student.

Step 2

Enter the student’s personal details, parent or guardian details, address, and school or college information if needed.

Step 3

Select the course, session, branch, and batch in which the student will study.

Step 4

Save the registration and note the generated student ID or registration number.

Tips

  • Keep admission forms or supporting documents nearby while entering details.
  • Double-check mobile numbers because they are often used for future communication.
  • Assign the correct batch before saving to avoid timetable confusion later.
