Schedule a Lecture
Purpose
Lecture scheduling helps your team plan classes for each batch. Use it to set subject, teacher, date, time, and room details so students and staff can follow the timetable.
Steps
Step 1
Open the batch for which you want to add a lecture.
Step 2
Go to the lecture or timetable section and choose Add Lecture.
Step 3
Select the subject, faculty member, date, start time, end time, and classroom or online link.
Step 4
Save the lecture and confirm that it appears in the batch schedule.

- Check faculty availability before finalizing the lecture.
- Add lecture topics in the notes field if your team wants better lesson tracking.
- Review the weekly timetable regularly to avoid timing conflicts.
