Follow Up with a Lead

Purpose

Follow-ups help your team stay in touch with interested students and parents. Use this page after every call, message, counseling meeting, or demo class discussion.

Steps

Step 1

Open the Leads module and search for the student by name or mobile number.

Step 2

Open the lead record and click the option to add a new follow-up.

Step 3

Select the follow-up date, contact method, and outcome, then write short notes about what was discussed.

Step 4

Set the next action, such as callback, demo invite, fee discussion, or admission visit, and save the update.

Tips

  • Write follow-up notes immediately after the conversation while the details are fresh.
  • Use clear action notes such as Call after board results or Parent will visit on Saturday.
  • Update the next follow-up date so no enquiry is missed.
